This book was nice because it gave my daughter and me a chance to revisit a moment she recently had at a playground where a child with a disability was playing. ![]() At home, the fun continues as the girls dress up and they build up each other's confidence. It's not a Super Seat, but it'll do and everyone enjoys the rest. They have a blast, but have to rest when Sam gets winded. Her mom takes Sam and her friends to the mall to go shopping. She calls her favorite places to sit "Super Seats." She gives them names and even talks, plays games, and tells jokes with them. Every morning, she and her dad say four affirmations in the mirror. She is happy, confident, and imaginative. The story is about a girl named Sam, who has cerebral palsy. ![]()
